FrequentlyAsked Questions

Security & Anti-Phishing

Whether through phone calls, SMS, or emails, OristaPay exclusively contacts clients via official channels. Please use the following criteria to authenticate communications:
  • Official Contact Channels: Under no circumstances will OristaPay personnel request your account password, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) codes, CVV, PINs, private keys, or one-time passwords via phone or SMS. Furthermore, we will never instruct you to share your screen or grant remote access. Please also note that OristaPay will never ask customers to "verify" their accounts by transferring funds or sharing screenshots of balances or MFA codes.
  • Email Domain Verification: All official correspondence will be sent exclusively from the @rd.group domain (e.g., care@rd.group). Maintain strict vigilance if you receive emails claiming to be from our official team but originating from public domains (such as @gmail.com or @outlook.com, etc.).
  • Defense Recommendations: We highly recommend subscribing to and enabling caller ID and interception services on your mobile device to effectively filter out potential voice phishing (Vishing) attempts. Please be explicitly aware that SMS will only come from verified/registered numbers, and our voice calls will never solicit sensitive data. If you are unsure of a contact number, please initiate contact with us only via our official website.
  • Immediate Action Plan: If you suspect a phishing or fraud attempt, report it immediately via our official channels only. If you believe your account has been compromised, advise to change your passwords, revoke active sessions, and contact our support team immediately.
